Abstract:
In this paper, wereview the advance of scaling criteria of water flooding, chemicalflooding, steaming flooding, and miscible- and immiscible-phasedisplacements. A numerical approach is proposed to quantity thedominance degree of all dimensionless parameters based on theanalysis of the sensitivity factor defined as the variation rationof a target function with respect to the variation ofdimensionless parameters. Taking water flooding and polymerflooding as examples, the dominance degree of all thedimensionless parameters is quantitatively determined and thedominant dimensionless parameters in both flooding aresuccessfully singled out.
