The Research Methods and Progress of Bone’s Stress-Generated Potentials

对骨组织而言,正常的生理活动可导致骨骼的局部变形(应变)、微观损伤、压电电位、骨小管内液体流动和流动电位。骨的力-电效应(SGP)主要包括压电效应和动电效应,作为骨生物力学中一个新兴的领域,其研究方法在不断地拓新。本文总结了骨、骨替代材料和牙本质的力-电效应研究方法与进展。
Abstract:To osseous tissue, the normal physiological activity can lead to local deformation ( strain),micro trauma, piezoelectric potentials, fluid flowing in bone canaliculus and streaming potentials. Bone’s Stress-Generated Potentials (SGP) mainly includes piezoelectric effect and electrokinetic effect. With the development of bone biomechanics, SGP research methods were improved greatly. In this article, research methods and advance of SGP in bone、bone substitute、dentin will be reviewed.
