蚊子口针刺破人体皮肤过程的数值模拟

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF MOSQUITO FASCICLE INSERTING INTO HUMAN SKIN

  • 摘要: 利用扫描电子显微镜观察了蚊子口针的结构,根据实际结构建立蚊子口针端部模型,运用有限元软件ABAQUS对蚊子口针尖端刺入皮肤过程进行非线性有限元模拟,考虑不同皮肤层的力学性能,讨论了刺入过程中皮肤变形与破坏、刺入力等的变化规律,模拟过程与实际刺入实验基本相符.

     

    Abstract: Mosquitoes can pierce their fascicle into humanskin with a micro-Newton force by using a natural ultimate painlessmicroneedle. Firstly the structure of the \it Aedes albopictus mosquitofascicle is obtainedusing a scanning electron microscope, and then the simulation model of themosquito fascicle tip is built based on the structure obtained from the SEMobservation. A numerical simulation is conducted to analyze the insertionprocess of the mosquito fascicle tip into a human skin using a nonlinearfinite element method based on ABAQUS. The mechanical properties ofdifferent skin layers are taken into account. The deformation and failure ofthe skin and the insertion force are discussed. A good agreement isobtained between the numerical results and the experimental measurements.
