扭转轴应力分析教学方法的研讨

DISCUSSION ON TEACHING METHOD OF TORSIONAL STRESS ANALYSIS

  • 摘要: 作为材料力学四种基本变形模式之一,扭转问题所占篇幅较少,但从教师教学设计、讲授与学生理解的角度是较为困难的部分。本文尝试改变讲解顺序,先由特殊的薄壁圆管引入,再组合扩展至一般的空心与实心圆轴,体现由浅入深的渐进思路;利用非圆闭口薄壁杆扭转应力和变形特点定性讨论平面假设适用范围,强化扭转应力分析特征。

     

    Abstract: Torsion is one of the four basic deformation modes involved in material mechanics. Through many years of teaching, the authors found that it is difficult for teachers to teach knowledges of torsion analysis, and it is also challenging for students to understand. In order to tackle this problem, this article tries to change the instruction order. The special circumstance of thin-walled circular tube is first introduced. Then the general hollow and solid circular shaft situations are focused. This reflects the common shallow-to-deep gradual understanding way. Furthermore, the application scope of plan hypothesis is qualitatively discussed based on torsional stress and deformation characteristics of non-circular closed thin-walled shaft.
