RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TWIN: SUBLIMATION OF COMPUTATIONAL MECHANICS FROM NUMERAL SIMULATION AND IMITATION TO ONE OF ITS NEW BRANCHES

  • 摘要: 数字孪生体(digital twin,简称DT)概念的提出,开启了在虚拟的数字时空中以影伴实对实物的研究。本文以飞机结构DT的实施,从设计–制造–运行–维护–退役的5个阶段,分析了计算力学从数值模拟和仿真阶段升华到DT阶段,揭示了全寿命周期过程亟待解决的诸多问题。提炼出8个关键技术:动因、诀窍、途径、牵连、动态、转换、前推和层次。从深度和广度上展望了计算力学DT发展的自身深化和侧向迁移等。

     

    Abstract: The concept of digital twin (DT) was presented to open the research on the image of reality in virtual digital space-time. The DT of aircraft structure is implemented in this paper, which is a typical case of computational mechanics. There are five stages including design, manufacture, operation, maintenance and decommissioning to expound. The development idea and method of establishing DT from solid structure are analyzed, the sublimation of computational mechanics from numerical simulation and simulation stage to DT stage is discussed, and many problems to be solved in the whole life cycle process are revealed. The eight key techniques of DT are extracted: motivation, knack, way, coupling, dynamic, transformation, advancing and level. The self-deepening and lateral migration of DT development in computational mechanics are prospected from two aspects in the professional depth and horizontal and vertical extension, and so on.
