掺氢输送管道材料的适应性及评价方法

ADAPTABILITY AND EVALUATION METHOD OF PIPELINE MATERIALS IN HYDROGEN BLENDED NATURAL GAS PIPELINE NETWORK

  • 摘要: 天然气管网掺氢输送可有效解决氢能利用过程中的输送问题,但这会给管道带来安全风险。本文详细评述了掺氢输送管道金属和非金属材料的种类、适应性影响因素及其评价方法,建议完善和利用现有金属和非金属材料宏观性能表征及微观机理分析方法,结合实际工况环境及材料关键性能指标,建立掺氢输送管道的适应性评价方法和评价限值要求,并完善实际掺氢试运行评价方法和评判标准。本文可为天然气管网掺氢输送工程提供重要参考。

     

    Abstract: Hydrogen that is blended into natural gas can be transported effectively by the existing pipeline network, but it will bring safety risks to the pipeline. The types, adaptability, influencing factors and evaluation methods of metal and non-metal materials in hydrogen-doped transport pipelines are discussed in this paper. It is urgent to improve and utilize the existing macroscopic performance characterization and microscopic mechanism analysis methods of metal and non-metallic materials, and establish the adaptability evaluation method and evaluation limit requirements of hydrogen-doped transport pipeline, combined with the actual working environment and the key performance index of the materials, and improve the actual hydrogen blending test operation evaluation methods and criteria. This paper can be used as an important reference for the hydrogen-blended projects in the future.
