杆件复杂变形的数字化虚拟仿真案例初建及应用探索

INTIAL EXPLORATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF DIGITAL VIRTUAL SIMULATION CASES FOR COMPLEX DEFORMATION OF RODS

  • 摘要: 结合中原区域经济特色,利用有限元分析优势,搭建了黄河水利枢纽工程中水轮发电机主轴变形的数字化虚拟仿真实验平台。该平台利用Unity 3D构建虚拟场景,基于国产有限元分析软件Simdroid进行模拟分析,根据实际工程参数提供多种互动场景和丰富的实验条件。学生可自主设计载荷工况,通过数字化虚拟仿真实验结果能够了解构件内应力应变分布和变化,提高对复杂受力变形体进行力学分析的能力,强化对材料力学理论知识理解。

     

    Abstract: Combining the economic characteristics of the central plains region and taking advantage of finite element analysis, a digital virtual simulation experimental platform for the main shaft deformation of the turbine generator in the Yellow River water conservancy project was built. The platform uses Unity 3D to build virtual scenes, uses the domestic finite element analysis software Simdroid for simulation analysis, and provides a variety of interactive scenes and rich experimental conditions based on actual engineering parameters. Students can independently design load conditions. Through digital virtual simulation experiment results, they can understand the distribution and changes of stress and strain within the component, enhance the ability to conduct mechanical analysis of complex stressed deformation bodies, and strengthen their understanding of theoretical knowledge of material mechanics.
