基于混合算法的海上换流平台设备布局优化设计

OPTIMIZED DESIGN OF OFFSHORE CONVERTER PLATFORM EQUIPMENT LAYOUT BASED ON HYBRID ALGORITHMS

  • 摘要: 随着海上风电行业的迅猛发展,海上换流平台面临着向大型化和重型化发展的挑战。这一趋势导致换流平台的安装过程日益复杂和困难。鉴于此,轻量化设计成为海上换流平台设计中的一个重要难题。本文旨在提出一种基于多学科优化的海上换流平台设备布局优化设计方法。建立了电气设备的详细模型,并开发了一套设备干涉算法;综合运用多种人工智能算法对设备布局进行了优化,以期获得既满足技术要求又优化空间利用的布局方案。研究结果表明,所提出的算法与数学模型能够有效指导换流站的设备布局,为海上换流平台的轻量化设计提供了一种新的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the offshore wind power industry, offshore converter platforms are facing the challenge of evolving towards larger and heavier sizes. This trend makes the installation process of converter platforms increasingly complex and difficult. Considering this, lightweight design has become an important issue in the design of offshore converter platforms. This paper aims to propose an optimized design method for the layout of equipment on offshore converter platforms based on multidisciplinary optimization. Firstly, a detailed model of electrical equipment is established, and a set of equipment interference algorithms is developed. Subsequently, a variety of artificial intelligence algorithms are comprehensively applied to optimize the equipment layout, with the aim of obtaining a layout scheme that not only meets technical requirements but also optimizes the use of space. The research results indicate that the proposed algorithms and mathematical models can effectively guide the equipment layout of converter stations, providing a new solution for the lightweight design of offshore converter platforms.
