摘要: 利用非等温、粘性广义Hele-Shaw流动理论,建立了三维薄壁型腔塑料熔体充填过程的数学模型.耦合利用有限元/有限差分法数值求解压力和能量方程,实现充模过程的动态模拟.Abstract: Based on the generalized Hele-Shaw flow for a viscous, non-Newtonian fluid under nonisothermal condition, this paper presents a mathematical model for the simulation of the mold-filling in three dimensional thin-wall parts. A hybrid FEM/FDM is used to solve the pressure and energy governing equations, and computer simulation of the mold-filling process is achieved.
