CONSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE OF THE FIRST-CLASS COURSE OF VIRTUAL SIMULATION OF ENGINEERING MECHANICS WITH STUDENT-CENTERED AND MINING-CHARACTERISTICS CONCEPT

  • Facing the field of national energy development, based on the frontier problems of rock mechanics related to roadway engineering, a “student-centered, mining-characteristics” engineering mechanics virtual simulation experiment teaching course was constructed. The curriculum system has been constructed with the teaching objectives as the guidance, the experimental modules as the main line, and the experimental contents as the application. Adhering to the teaching concept of “student-centered”, the course adopts diversified teaching methods, builds an immersive, experiential and exploratory learning field. It has improved the new mode and system of open and shared information-based experimental teaching. The construction and practice of the course show that this virtual simulation experiment course is conducive to the cultivation of students’ national sentiment, energy characteristics, innovative thinking and engineering practice ability.
