A NEW MODEL FOR FATIGUE LIFE ESTIMATION BASED ON THE TOTAL CYCLIC STRAIN ENERGY
Based on the concept of the total cyclic strain energy,a new model is developed to predict the fatigue life of materials. Its validityis tested by comparing the calculated results and testing data for 30CrMnSiAand AISI 4340 steels.
