EFFECT OF CABLE PARAMETERS ON THE DETERMINATION OF CABLE TENSION

In order to guarantee the precision of the cable tension of acable-stayed bridge measured by vibration method, in one large-span bridge as an example, theeffect of cable parameters on the cable tension determination is studiedby nonlinear FEM.The results can explain the cable tension difference measured in the samebridge by two different groups.
